MDM offers a complimentary growth audit (“Free Growth Audit”) to qualified med spa owners. By booking a Free Growth Audit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The Free Growth Audit is a strategy consultation not a binding agreement or contract for services
  • Participation in the audit does not obligate either party to enter into a paid service arrangement
  • MDM reserves the right to decline or reschedule audit requests at its discretion
  • The insights and recommendations provided during the audit are based on information you share and publicly available data about your practice
  • MDM limits Free Growth Audit availability to 5 new clients per month to ensure quality of engagement

Information you submit when booking an audit (name, email, phone number, business name, revenue range) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Agreements

Any paid services provided by MDM are governed by a separate, written service agreement or proposal agreed upon between MDM and the client. These Terms do not constitute a service agreement and do not create any obligation for MDM to provide paid services.

Key terms applicable to paid service engagements include:

4.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging MDM for paid services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business, advertising accounts, and marketing history
  • Grant necessary access to advertising accounts, CRM platforms, and website analytics as required to deliver services
  • Cooperate with team training and intake scripting components of the growth system where applicable
  • Maintain a sufficient advertising budget as agreed in the service proposal

4.2 Results Disclaimer

MDM provides digital marketing services based on proven strategies and real-world experience. However, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, booking volumes, or revenue targets. Results depend on factors including but not limited to: market conditions, the client’s service quality, treatment menu, geographic location, team responsiveness, and advertising budget.

Any figures referenced on our website (such as “60–120+ booked appointments per month” or “$1M+ revenue scaled”) reflect real outcomes achieved in specific contexts and are not guarantees of identical results for all clients.

4.3 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, strategies, client data, or business intelligence shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedSpa Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our website or services
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content of our website
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct or content accessible through our website

In no event shall MDM’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and policies. MDM is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or decisions made by these third-party platforms that may affect campaign performance or service delivery.

MDM works with Growminion as a fulfillment partner for certain service components. Growminion operates independently, and its own terms and conditions apply to its services.

7. Website Accuracy and Availability

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no representations or warranties express or implied regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the site.
